1Service Description

ColorNote is an AI-powered personal color diagnosis and outfit recommendation app, providing the following services:

• Color Season Analysis: Extracting skin, eye, and hair colors from photos, using AI algorithms to determine your personal color season (4-season or 16-subseason types).
• Digital Wardrobe & Outfit Recommendations: Storing clothing items you choose to add and generating OOTD suggestions from season type, weather, occasion, and recent wear history.
• AI Consultant: Multi-turn conversations with an AI color consultant for deeper personal image advice.
• History Archive: Storing your color analysis history for convenient review.
• Paid Benefits: One-time Pro analysis purchases or a ColorNote Plus subscription for evolving member features and recurring credits.

2Account Registration & Management

• You may experience some features in guest mode without registration.
• Account registration requires a valid phone number and SMS verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Losses caused by credential leakage are your responsibility.
• One phone number can register one account only. Transfer, sale, or sharing of accounts is prohibited.
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
• You may request account deletion at any time within the App. Once deleted, related data will be removed within 30 days and cannot be recovered.

3User Conduct

When using this App, you agree not to:

• Upload photos or text containing illegal, pornographic, violent, or discriminatory content;
• Impersonate others or upload photos of others without authorization;
• Use this App for any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations;
• Reverse engineer, crack, scrape, or maliciously attack the App;
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or other users' normal use;
• Spread false information or use AI analysis results for commercial fraud.

4Paid Services & Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not store payment details. Plus renews at the end of each period unless canceled in Apple ID/Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Final terms are shown by the platform at checkout.

5Intellectual Property

• The App's source code, UI design, algorithms, copy, and brand identity are owned by ColorNote and protected by copyright law.
• Photos you upload remain your property. With your explicit consent, we may strip metadata from color-analysis photos and keep them privately solely to review result accuracy until you delete the photos, their analysis records, or your account; you can disable future retention or delete them anytime. Other processing includes private Digital Wardrobe storage and separately consented AI Portrait Studio generation. We may not use photos for training or advertising.
• AI-generated analysis reports and outfit suggestions may be freely used for personal purposes, but may not be commercially sold or redistributed.
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content within this App is prohibited without written authorization.

6Disclaimer

• AI analysis results are based on statistical models and may contain errors. They are for reference only and do not constitute professional image consulting advice.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, network outages, third-party platform failures, etc.) are not subject to compensation, but we will make every effort to restore service.
• Losses incurred from using third-party links, services, or content are the responsibility of the respective third party.
• All consequences arising from your violation of this Agreement or applicable laws are your sole responsibility.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the services provided by this App.

7Service Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all services at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
• If you violate this Agreement, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
• After service termination, your data within the App will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8Agreement Changes

We may revise this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be published within the App, and significant changes will be communicated via push notification or popup. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and delete your account.

9Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt amicable resolution; failing which, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where the App operator is located.
